My vehicle has a current third party or public liability insurance. I will ensure my vehicle complies with the legislation regarding the use of the public highway. I understand that if my vehicle is seen to be unsafe I will not be able to attend, I will comply with all instructions provided by the designated marshals. Sandbach Transport Festival committee shall not be held responsible for damage, theft, loss of contents or equipment or injury. You or a permitted driver or operator must be in attendance at your vehicle at all times.
